At Velvet Hollow, we want you to love your order. If something isn鈥檛 right, please review our return and refund policy below.
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at support@velvethollow.com as soon as possible and include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once reviewed, we鈥檒l work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost where applicable.
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we鈥檒l notify you whether your refund has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise outside the conditions above may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.
We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
